Ultragenic is succeeding in staying ahead of the proverbial curve, notwithstanding the challenges of the ongoing pandemic. Along with acquiring new clients and developing high impact products for the PV industry, we have added scale \u2013 significantly and thoughtfully. In order to meet our customer commitments, our team has seen significant growth with onboarding of senior & experienced domain experts, as well as fresh campus talent brimming with energy, new ideas and drive . The lean and open work environment at Ultragenic is employee-friendly. It is geared towards helping team members identify their strengths and harness them for individual and organizational growth. As we crossed an early milestone of a team size of 50, we asked our young team members about their experience so far of moving from a College to a Corporate ecosystem. I was worried about this change from college to corporate life but I soon realized that nothing better could have happened to me. Ultragenic has given me ample opportunities to explore my field of interest and I\u2019m grateful to all those who have always been so supportive in the best way possible. It hasn\u2019t felt like I ever stopped learning as it is a new beginning of a never-ending learning experience. From day one, Ultragenic felt like a family instead of a workplace. Everyone was kind enough to take out time from their busy schedules and solve even the tiniest problem of our trainee batch. PV domain and Ultragenic has plethora to offer as it’s a new domain to a college student. Road to success is never easy but Ultragenic made it possible!
\nI am thankful for how Ultragenic welcomed me with open arms and taught that work could be just as much fun with just the right guidance and motivation. It has been a great transition from the college life to the corporate life. While everyone else was working remotely, I used to go to office and that really helped me get a better understanding of the PV domain and why we are doing whatever we are doing. I got the opportunity to decide what I want to work on, and I chose backend development as I\u2019m more interested in that (at least for now). Ultragenic has provided me number of opportunities to learn different technologies and explore the product development field. My colleagues have always been there to support and guide me.
